Scott Lay, President / Operation Manager

Scott A. Lay is the operating manager of A.R. Lay Construction, LLC. where he manages the daily operations. Scott is a graduate of the University of Texas at Tyler where he received a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in Marketing and Business. Scott is also a recognized member of the National Association of Industrial Technologist.
